Anyone know how to find the balance of the $25 bonus?

If you login to your Google Wallet (https://wallet.google.com) and click on Payment Methods on the left, it should show you how much is remaining.

Another option is to open Google Play on your device, then scroll to the bottom and tap Redeem. You will see your current Google balance.
