Title: Choppy video from rear camera

Just got a Nexus 7 2013 and I'm not sure if this is normal or not.  The videos I take with the rear facing camera are somewhat choppy as I record motion.  This choppiness is present on the screen as I am taking the video as well as on playback.  When I am just viewing the camera screen and not recording video, the choppiness is not there as I move the device back and forth.  It's almost as if the processor can't quite keep up.  Anyone else have this issue?

Could be background processes like updates and email, fb syncs. Try turning off WiFi.
