I would suggest LastPass for the password auto fil.  You sign into LastPass, and then all of your passwords are generated at random with encryption.  I would definitely look into it!

I use KeePass Password Safe (http://keepass.info/index.html) on my Windows and Linux machines and KeePassDroid (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.android.keepass&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5hbmRyb2lkLmtlZXBhc3MiXQ..) on my Nexus 7.  Your passwords aren't saved in the cloud which is fine with me.  Some things I don't trust to remote servers.  It is easy to sync the data file between all of your machines.
