Title: youtube widget
Post by: pdrhound on September 23, 2012, 12:08:51 PM
I do like the widget for youtube on the Nexus 7 but, I would like to be able to adjust the type of videos it shows.  I get tons of gaming videos and I can search those out for myself trust me.  I also receive lots of pop videos from the most discussed items.

Is there a way to set video preferences in the widget?

Videos in the widget are based on what you subscribe to...

Well that would make sense but I do not subscribe to most popular or Most discussed.  I'd like those not to show.  I cleared my preferences but they still come up.

You don't have a choice You Tube automatically recommends videos based on your usage...

Well it is rather useless.  97% of the videos showing in the widgit have nothing to do with what I watch on you tube.  Too bad seems there is room for it with another entry in the channel feed menu.

Just what I need. Another shortcut to a horrible app that jacks my Nexus up.

Disable it then...
