Angry Birds fans might be in for a treat soon as Rovio, the game's developer just tweeted out the above mysterious image with the comment 'something huge is on the way'... which seems to show a 'Star Wars' inspired animated GIF showing an evil 'Darth Vader like' Angry Bird with a light saber in his hand. No word on what this could mean but the company has said that a surprise awaits for those that show up at a 'Toys R US' in Times Square on October 8th. Seems like some kind of announcement is pending and the only thing we can think of that would make sense would be a new 'Star Wars Level' added to 'Angry Birds Space' or perhaps a little less likely, a whole new 'Angry Birds Star Wars' inspired game. Either way it would be a big seller and probably include a line of 'Angry Birds Star Wars' inspired plush dolls to boot. Leave it to George Lucas to find one more way to milk the uber Star Wars franchise during the upcoming holiday season. But yeah, we're Star Wars suckers like everyone else so we'll be getting it. :)
