I was looking to find a app like Samsung Galaxy SIII has to be able to have a webpage float in the background and to dock to pages side by side using a webpage.

@asian81, as it is found ion the Samsung Note 10.1 tablet, I would assume it is a Samsung function, therefore not available (yet) for other devices.
If Samsung produce the Google Nexus 10.1 (http://crave.cnet.co.uk/laptops/samsung-and-google-to-create-10-inch-nexus-tablet-50009423/), we may see it.

I found this in the Boat Browser that I was looking for. is there an app to do this with opened apps???
