Use Google Play Music to sync your iTunes folder on your pc.
It's only currently available in the USA, unless you use a proxy service to obtain an American IP address.

Not sure it will sync from iTunes though will it, as you don't own music in Apple-world, but only a licence to use it.

There is software that allows you to rip your music from iTunes to your hard drive. I got sick of iTunes and decided to take control. I was then able to move my music where ever I wanted. PD Rescue is the name and it worked well.
