Title: File Explorer shows out of place files
Post by: bjs229 on November 08, 2012, 12:36:39 AM
I am a maniac when it comes to trying to keep my sandbox clean. With an app like Root Explorer I see something that disturbs me every time I open up the sd file /folders page. It's seems that busybox stericson is busy throwing random files all over my sandbox. What's that all about? Won't they function neatly placed in their own folder? Can I gather them and make a folder called stericson or whatever and organize them? I saw one file that wasn't even labeled until I went I to its properties...it said .ENREF I need to clean this mess up without jacking something up. I am still a little scared of busybox and SuperSU because they seem like they don't like to play. Mess wit Em and you end up with a broken android in a dumpster somewhere.

Don't mess with what you don't understand.

Personally I see no problems moving or deleting those files, the important files, the UNIX commands etc are added to the system so those files are probably ghost files.
The app itself can be removed once busybox is installed, leave it if you want to update regularly.
