How do i stop requests from jamster for updates.  i don't know how i got into it but i can't find a way out, i haven't given out my mobile number but every couple of hours a notification comes up on my N7 from jamster.

If it's a notification then you've probably installed something, check your recently installed applications because the culprit is probably there.
