Help!!! from newbee

Just picked up my Nexus 7 Jelly Bean tonight.  During setup ... I am trying to setup my home wifi.  the tablet sees the network. I input the password from the router ... just like i have done before ... tablet says "Authentication Problem" and will not connect.

any ideas from a more experienced user will be appreciated!!!

First off welcome to the forums.
I think you have put in the wrong password. Double check. Make sure you forget the network and start over. Hopefully you made a simple error. I just did the same thing with my new Hotspot at Best Buy. I had mistaken a letter for a number and I was getting the same error.
