Title: Renting a movie question.
Post by: dikadeek on November 12, 2012, 04:45:12 PM
I bought the Nexus for a trip I'm going on. I assumed that all planes by this point have wifi, which I discovered to be incorrect. I want to watch a movie while on the plane, so my question is- When renting a movie, do u need to have a constant internet connection or does it just download and I can watch it at anytime over the next 24 hours or how ever long the rent lasts?

You can download the movie or pin it for offline viewing by tapping the small pin icon, however you may run into problems if your your using Play Movies & TV. The application does not play well in regions outside your own.

I think you will be fine. I am not 100 percent sure but I think the region thing only kicks in when it comes to Countries and Continents. Like JJ said, just pin it if you have the space and you won't have any worries.
I am pinning now to test options... Will report.
