Title: wifi problems
Post by: Bonita on November 16, 2012, 04:20:45 PM
Hi...I got my Nexus 7 yesterday...started it up without any problems.  I started to download apps, then did an update and the wifi shut off and it will not come back on.  We have a laptop and an Iphone on this router with no problems.  Can anyone help???

Even after a factory reset, WiFi settings are remembered on the same Google account. Try connecting to another source to verify.

If the account is still visible, FORGET the WiFi account and try again.

No...I have tried to "forget"  it did nothing.  i have not had the opportunity to try at another wifi location.  I will do that shortly.
