Title: Nexus 7 Screen
Post by: JimB131 on November 20, 2012, 08:14:18 AM
I don't know if this is the best place to post this but I have noticed on my Nexus 7 the screen feels loose.  What I mean is, if I look at it from the side, a part of the screen seems raised from the case itself; it is not flush with the surrounding piece of plastic.  I can push on it and it sounds like it is crackling, as if coming in contact with glue.  Has anyone else noticed this with their device?  This is my second Nexus 7.  My first one had a bad charging cable.  The end that plugged into the device fell apart completely and I sent it back.  That Nexus also had a slightly raised corner, which I told Google about and they had me send the entire device back.  I received my new Nexus and there are parts of this screen that feel raised.  I am just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what they may have done about it.  Thanks.

Screen lift. Sounds like you have bad case of it. I would send it back.

I would have to agree with bjs229 on seeking a replacement. I would suggest asking for a cross shipment, since it is your second issue and to keep you from being without a tablet.
