Title: Cant load Credit card info to set up account in Google Play wallet

Got our new Nexus 7 32 Gb 3 weeks ago from Costco Winnipeg,Can and now want to buy apps & books....But..wont accept cr card info. Get message like error retrieving RPC:S-7:AEC-0 and even tried a debit card I have with USBank in No Dakota which it said not available. Tried the canadian MAsterCard without success. Even changed part of the address to mimic a US address without success.... The free apps have downloaded great. Cant get a free book as need CC account !
HELP, as a wide search was not helpful !

Try adding the card to Google Wallet through a PC. Might be a security error of some sort.

Thanks for that. Tried on my PC and got "Internal error-try again" message...... Also received "syncing error"  & "error retrieving info" before ... Could be an "I am in Canada error..."
