Title: Hello from Phx AZ a.k.a. Suface of the sun!

Hello from Phoenix.
I received notice from Google Friday that they have shipped along with a UPS tracking number, of course the tracking number doesn't work yet and I am going crazy with anticipation.
Now it's all up to UPS, it most likely will arrive Mon-Tues.

Welcome to the forum Don. I did not order my N7 until the 6th of July so I am patiently waiting.

BTW, The Phoenix Marathon is still on my list.

Small chance that will happen.

I plan on replacing my ASUS 12" netbook with N7 and it will fit even better into my backpack, also hoping that it will fit into extra pockets of a Camelbak Mil Tac Pack

I've driven through Phoenix several times and I can attest you can cook an egg off the hood of your car it gets so hot there.  Welcome to the Nexus 7 forum Don!

Heh, my wife just spent a week in Phoenix last month, then her and I had a layover there last week while traveling.  And we're going back in November with the family for a wedding.  So though we're in Texas for some reason we'll have hit your wonderful (and yes HOT) town three times his year :)
