Hello,
I just got my Nexus 7 at a conference. I'm trying to set it up, but I can't get the wifi connection on the Nexus to allow me to enter the PIN to join the secure wifi. On first boot it said it couldn't load a page. On 2nd boot it says it is connected (without the password!) but can't reach the server.
At this point I'm stuck until I get to the airport and a free, unsecure wifi network.
Any advice?

Forget the network and start over again.

I'm running into the same issue at the airport. I can bring up the interim site that asks me to agree to terms and conditions, but as soon as it tries to authenticate me, I get a "page cannot be displayed" errror. This is the same is as at the hotel.

Here is that thread JJ.
Try an app called WiFi connection manager.
