Try uninstalling or disabling HD Widgets, if you have it. Some kind of problem with lock screen and this app. Should clear up with app update soon or 4.2.2 whenever.

Update: it's not only HD Widgets. This is a Google operating system bug. See attached link.

What if you just take it off the lock screen?

Try it and see. I'm using the beautiful widget app, never had a reboot.
