Hi,

Depending on the recording,  My audio volume can be low too. Especially if dealing with background noise. Have you tried a booster app like Volume +? Careful because you can damage the speaker if boosted to much.

I have to ask the obvious and make sure you have the volume set to maximum for music and videos? Settings - Sound - Volume or just use the volume buttons on the side. I am not trying to offend but we have a lot of users new to tablets and Android.

Thanks S.Prime & bjs229 for your quick replies. Yes I did have the volume set to maximum for music and videos. I am going to try a booster app like Volume + …..and will report back here.

update:
I tried Volume+, no audio improved. I did try a reset but no better audio output.
