Post by: Paul_TT on December 30, 2012, 10:55:14 PM
Noticed at the newsaents yesterday there are numerous books dealing with how ot operate IPads and now even Kindles bu noting on Nexus 7's.

Have found this site an awesome source of knowledge but always like to have a read through reference books.

Has anyone seen such a book in the shops yet?

Android owners don't need no badges i mean books. Lol.
If you need a guide they are available at the play store or OK n the Asus site.

There are a number of Nexus 7 books and guides.  You can purchase many of them through the Google Play Store here. (https://play.google.com/store/search?q=nexus+7+books)

Back in the BI (before internet) dark ages I spent a lot of money on reference books.  The problem was that they soon became outdated.  Both devices and software get upgraded and the new changes aren't in your book.  What I do now is make my own reference book.  When I see a great article or hint on the internet, it is easy to create a link in my Dropbox account.  Then it is available on all of my machines whenever I need it and wherever I am.  Most of the tech web sites that post these blogs update them whenever the software/device is upgraded.  My reference links always have up to date information without any effort on my part.
