Tapatalk is offering the Final release of Tapatalk HD for $.99 on the initial release day, 14Jan2013. The post from Tapatalk does not clearly state if the pricing will extend to everyone on the 14th, but it is worth keeping an eye on it. The following is a link to the Tapatalk post.

I haven't been using Tapatalk HD since the initial release which I posted the link to way back when but I have reinstalled on my now N7, it's much better now you can view forums in portrait. I've uninstalled the original and going to test the HD some more...

I will have to admit that I was unimpressed with the early betas of Tapatalk HD and lost interest, but the new beta of HD, which is Tapatalk designed for tablets is impressive. At $.99, I suggest checking out the beta, and having the option for the purchase on the 14th, even if you are not impressed with the initial version. The dual window display is nice for a tablet display.

I've just purchased the paid version of Tapatalk HD, cost 99p here in the UK. Anybody using the Beta should received a push notification and once you install the HD you need to uninstall the Beta.

as soon as i turned my tablet on i've received tapatalk notification. purchased the full version for 99euro cents(which means that i paid more that who buys it in usa, but it's ok, 99euro cents are better than 4.99 euros LOL) opened the app, signed in with my account and deleted the beta version :D

I just purchased the full version of Tapatalk HD for $.99 in the US. Notably I had to remove the beta in order to purchase the full version at the sale price. Remember that the $.99 price is only available today 14Jan2013.

Yes, but I downloaded the beta apk from Tapatalk and did not install it from the Play Store.

Just installed the paid version. I did not have to uninstall the beta first. You do have to re-enter all your passwords again.

Unfortunately zxd9 you will have to log in to your accounts again, Tapatalk ID does not allow passwords to be remembered....

The link takes me to the homepage of the Playstore. I looked for the app to upgrade and can't find it. Quite frankly I am a little disturbed at some of the bugs. I don't know if they fixed the quotes yet and some of the controls crash the plane in a full out dive.

Could they have fixed this since this am? I just bought and downloaded the full ver and didn't have to reenter anything?
Edit: my bad...I was still using beta... login request is there on 1.0.

I will have to agree with NordieBoy, that Tapatalk HD is worth more than the, "$.99, cup of coffee buy in, but if your choice is Tapatalk 2, you still have that option. In the OP, it was stated that the initial day offering was well worth the $.99 risk, if you consider the potential that the developers show when you look at the non-tablet version. I will have to admit that I appreciate my $.99 purchase price and admit that I would pay a bit more, but I am unsure about the current $4.99 price point.
