Title: Nexus 7 corners.

Hi all. I noticed for first time want looks like cracks on each corner of nexus rear case. Are these cracks or part of the design. They look very straight and clean.

Do you have any pictures? I haven't seen any thing like that on my N7 but a picture would help...

My corners are rubbed away and cracked down to the glass in some spots.  I dropped my Nexus and it slid. Cracks are not normal.

Well I went to a local store and had a look at the nexus 7. It was exactly the same. I think they are tiny slots so the screen can be removed. It's definatelty the design. Have a close look and you will see them on your nexus.

oh i see what u were saying now.  when i read "cracks"  i thought about transversal cracks and not the gap between the corners and the screen.  well,  I'm happy that your device is fine:)

I am holding my Nexus 7 and have removed the case, I see no slots or cracks that you are referring too??

actually now I've done the same thing and the lil gap i was seeing was the screenprotector... 

entenc can u take a close pic of your tab edges?

On my N7 I see no gap/slot between the back and silver trim nor between the silver trim and the screen??

same here,  i thought it was a gap,  instead it just was my screenprotector.  there is no gap on my device either.  that's why i asked for a pic of his device
