Title: Photos from the web

Hi,

I sometimes come across a photo from Facebook, or just generally on the web, and I'd like to keep it.  How do I download it to my Nexus 7?

Often times you can long press on an image on a web page and a menu will appear. One of the options will be "save image".

I've tried the long press on the image but nothing is appearing.  I know there must be a way to do this :-)

I have noticed that I cannot download certain pictures from the web either. I don't know if they are protected somehow or it's an Android thing.

Chrome, Firefox and I was using Puffin for a while. I will try and find an instance. I noticed when I was looking for wallpapers and avatars.

Lol sorry bj I meant the op. You are right with your own answer though in the fact that's some photos are protected even by Facebook.

probably it's  a. chrome problem... cause i wasn't able to download any pic here with chrome,  but using dolphin on my phone i was able to download the exact same pic i tried to download with my nexus
