Title: No Screenshots

Hi, in the past I was able to do a screenshot by holding down the Power and the Volume Down Button.
Now, I can't seem to do it anymore.....Did anybody else have this problem?

Sometimes it can be tricky. You have to make sure you press them down at the same instant and hold them for a second or two.

You're right bjs229!  I probably didn't press it at the same instant.
