Title: How to backup entire N7?

i often see references to backup the Nexus, but have no clue how to do it. is it possible to clone the entire thing, like i can do on my Mac? If so, i'd appreciate a step-by-srep tutorial, or a link to one.

I'm not very tech-savvy, so plain easy to understand English, please.

You can do a nandroid backup (http://www.Nexus7Forum.com/index.php?topic=1342.0) which is an exact copy/clone of your system but you need root access and a custom recovery...
