yeh, i have a camera which curiously enuf works as a camera !!

nothing is more goofy looking than a 10" tablet being held up to take a pix...mite as well hold up a laptop

Given, but scanning paperwork and receipts with some ocr might be useful. Also fewer incompatible apps on play. So will 4.2.2 come before key lime pie? There were some leaked qualcom docs saying 3rd quarter, maybe.

It might be a bit useful for star charts for us xenophobes. You know, identifying ufos so we can grab our tin foil hats and stockpiled ak-47s.

i don't doubt there are uses, and good ones too but for a low cost tablet without an option for the vendor to subsidize via contracts like a phone, something has to give.

At some point there will be decent tablets at every price point to fill every niche and desire but right now, the choices are limited.

The oddity of someone using a tablet to take pictures is no less weird as someone wearing a headset in front of a computer. Yes. It's like wearing Jordache jeans before it was accepted.

Within a few years, I'm sure there'll be tablets with terabytes of on board memory and batteries that go weeks between charges. I'll wait until then to have buyer's remorse.

Any eta on 4.2.2? Even bug fixes would be nice right now.

I haven't mentioned it but my battery life has been good but charging has been wonky lately. It takes over 7 hours to charge my battery now. Used to be less than half that.I think I might have a hardware problem after the drop.

Just so you guys know, I got my new N4 today and it came with 4.2 out of the box and updated to 4.2.1. There were rumors that they were shipping with .2 but not in the US.

This might be the better thread to discuss the 4.2.2 bug fixes. Is bluetooth fixed?

Wifi drops and missed scans
Media scanner
Mediaserver
Media player
Domain name resolution
Charging issues
Miracast

The changelog at android police has a lot of phone entries, it may be for the nexus 4 version.
Is Bluetooth fixed?

I'll say it again... FRAGMENTATION...

Come on Google, no excuses... All Nexus devices should be updated at the same time...

Damn, some of the included tweaks are phone or even Nexus 4 specific.

My bluetooth headphones are working great now. Should we start a compatibility list, or will things just work for a change? Need to test controllers, also can more than one device be paired concurrently? Audio+kb or game controller.

I'm using my Moga controller with Jambox for sound. Seems fine.

How much did you pay for your Moga?

I paid full retail $49.99 cause I saw it at the Verizon store and had to have it. It's pretty cool though. The sticks are a little short for me with some games. For instance Pac Man is tough to navigate.

If I turn my Moga controller on, then start the Universal Moga Driver app in system mode, it connects almost almost instantly. I've never had it connect so fast since the update.

Loocid have you tried the Moga with Mame4droid? If so any tips on mapping? I'm frustrated. Defender with no smart bomb is a tough one.

No. I use it with Shadowgun THD often, but I'll look into it and see if I can cine up with something. Do you use Moga pivot or the universal driver?

I have both but mostly go with the universal because Pivot was giving me random wifi shutdowns.

I wear headphones most of the time on my computer.  That way my wife's TV noise doesn't bother me and my computer sounds don't bother her.  I don't know if I'm weird, but I'm definitely different.

I can say BT is not fixed with 4.2.2 using Spotify... Damn. Works better, though. Still think the Nexus 7 is stepping down too much with the screen off.
