Title: adding folders with no root
Post by: 3sgte on February 17, 2013, 11:30:09 AM
hi everyone, i have a question about my stock N7 (no root). wonder if and how I can add folders to my downloaded file area.
this is what I would like to accomplish. I have just started playing with video game emulators and downloading old nes, snes and sega genesis games. the emulator goes to the downloaded file area and I can choose from the list of games. problem is I can not always remember which game is for what game system as the files only list the name of the game and not the system it needs to be played on. i have different emulators for each so I need to which one to use for what game.
So i would like to create folders that are labeled as the gaming system(ex. NES, SNES, Genesis) so i can go into that folder and just those games are shown. is this possible?

Absolutely.  Get a good file manager like ES File Explorer, and you can do exactly what you want, without being rooted.

I'm not the lowest of the low, but I am the slowest of the slow (49.6 mpg over 38k miles in  Scion xB)
