I have two Wi-Fi Nexus7's which I purchased in December of 2012. One of them received the notification for the 4.2.2 update and was updated with no problems, the other got nothing. Going to settings searching for the update came back with no updates found. So one is at 4.2.2 and the other is 4.2.1. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer. I looked into as many sites as I could think of, but most of them were so filled with gargon and technical info that I am unable to understand what it is they are taking about. Is there an actual web site for the nexus 7 where you can go to for technical support, along the lines of HP,Dell, MICROSOFT etc.? I'm fairly well lost in a fog.
My thanks to any one who can help.

Sweep down from the top right, click on settings, click on Apps, then slide from right to left, till you get to All. Now go down to Google Framework Services, click on that, now click on Force stop. Clear data. Now go back to settings, go to the bottom of the page, about tablet. Click that, at the top click System Updates, then click check for updates.
