I just bought my nexus 7 and I started to love it!
Now, I want to ask whether or not launcher is needed in Nexus 7?
What launcher is the best?
What themes are your fav?
Thanks anyway :)

Needed? I don't think so. I use Nova for a change of pace sometimes.

I use Nova Launcher Pro, as well, because of the features, but I don't use a theme pack, because the stock one works well for me.

I think I will install the launcher only when I started to get bored with custom jelly

As above, the stock launcher is okay but if you want more features such as gesture control, notification badge count, change grid sizes, overlapping widgets, icon packs et cetera. A 3rd party launcher is worth the money and the the base to start customising your device.
Personally I use Nova Launcher Pro, I prefer it to the others but Apex is also good. If you want something different then check out Action Launcher Pro.

Another vote for Nova Prime from me. I suggest you do an internet search for Android launcher comparisons.
Android Authority has a good article on the Best Launcers for Android. (http://www.androidauthority.com/the-best-launchers-on-android-222408/)

Nova Launcher pro: fast, stable, customizable. Fsb is very attractive but also very unstable.
