Title: Newbie: Error message when trying to load apps

Got my Nexus 7 today.  Charged it up & was looking at apps.  Tried to install a couple free ones and got this error message.
ERROR RETRIEVING INFORMATION FROM SERVER [RPC:S-5:AEC-0]

Can anyone help?
