Rumors have circulated that Google might have a surprise in store us in a 2nd generation Nexus 7 by having it include cellular phone capability. It introduces an interesting question in that would people use a small tablet like the Nexus 7 as their primary cell phone while coupled with a bluetooth headset or earpiece? Would people replace their smartphones with a cellular equipped small tablet or would they still hold onto their phones and use each in a different use scenario. Let us know your thoughts in the comments and please vote in our poll.

I use GrooveIP now, so yes I would use it. I wonder what the cost would be to have unlimited talk, text and data?
The phones are trending bigger now. It wouldn't look as awkward as it did a couple years ago.

Phones have the advantage of being small enough to put in a belt holder. The nexus 7 is small enough to put into a jacket pocket, but when not wearing a coat it is a nuisance to have to carry it manually around. I wish there was a way for men to carry it easily without resorting to a purse. Women have a distinct advantage here.

Good idea but won't do it for some of us.
I'm sure someone will come up with a good solution and make a fortune!
I had a pouch for my HPLX (for those who remember that terrific handheld computer) that I could attach to my belt, but it is just a tad too small for the Nexus 7. Just a matter of time...... Not a complicated thing to create.
