Title: What is the tunnybrowser folder?
Post by: engineer on May 12, 2013, 06:59:32 AM
There is a folder in sdcard named tunnybrowser. Seems to be possibly connected with Dolphin browser.

If it is connected with Dolphin browser, the use of a different name makes me suspicious. I renamed it and Dolphin seems to work no differently.

What is tunnybrowser? Can I delete it?

It is the Dolphin Browser app folder. Suspicious of what?  I can't remember but I think tunny is in the app install package name and carry's over..

If your suspicious of this please don't look in the /storage/emulated/0/Android folder because you'll find lots of files and folder you won't recognise...

Apps regularly use as bjs has said their package name or dev/company name like Nova uses Tesla which is the name of the company that develops the app.
