Title: Lost carousel view in Google books

Hi there,
I've just registered and am keen to find out why the Google books carousel view on my n7 has just disappeared. I did not hard reset, re installed my books and the carousel view returned. This morning it's gone again.... Any ideas why it's doing this and how to resolve it please?

Hi. I have exactly the same issue with my N7, you're not alone, lets hope someone comes back with a solution, I really liked the carousel option.

Google Play Books was updated on 15May, so you are seeing the new version, which allows you to upload books and read pdf and epub files. A factory reset should restore the older version and then you can set Play Books not to auto update. Finding the apk for the older version could work as well, but remember not to update the app.
