Title: How can I download flashplayer ?

I want to play games through facebook but its saying I need flashplayer can I do this?

I came across a very useful  YouTube Video on "50 Tips you should know about Nexus 7" or something like that. 

An English commentator gave a very elaborate explanation on how to get most out of the tablet.
