Title: cannot reply to comments on YouTube?

I've tried a few web browsers, aswell as the android YouTube app, but none seem to be compatible with this feature. Is there any way to make this happen on a nexus 7?

Yup, I can post comments in both formats just fine, but I'm having trouble finding a feature that allows me to reply to other people's comments. Is there one available on the nexus 7? I've heard that phone users have had success in simply tapping the comment that one wishes to reply to on the browser version, but that doesn't seem to work for me on my nexus 7.
