Title: Error Downloading Apps

I am getting an "Error processing purchase DF BPA 09" message when I try downloading some apps from the Play Store (free apps). I tried Bloomberg, Tweetcaster etc. These are apps recommended by articles for the Nexus 7. Any thoughts?
