By mistake, I disable the Google Services Framework. In addition my WiFi does not work after disabling the Google Services Framework
How do I get it back ?
Please help
Thanks
PS I disable it in trying to get the 4.3 though OTA

Settings /Apps/All (at top installed - running - all) scroll down to Google Services Framework then tap to open then tap enable.

Yeah that supposed why to force the OTA doesn't work by all accounts, all your suppose to do is clear data and force stop the Google Services Framework.
If you want the update your options are...
1. If rooted with custom recovery flash the OTA URL update zip or sideload with ADB.
2. Flash the factory image through Fastboot commands or a Nexus Toolkit.
3. Finally, wait for the OTA to hit your Nexus...
