Title: Two Updates Slated for the Nexus 7 2013
Post by: S.Prime on July 28, 2013, 12:10:43 PM
Launched earlier than expected, the new Nexus 7 already has two firmware updates in waiting according to a report while an other reveals that the tablet isn’t compatible with Google Wallet. The two updates will upgrade the software to version JWR66N and then JSS15J, according to Android Central. The first one will apparently install itself automatically once the tablet connects to a wireless network for the first time, while the second one will pop up as a regular update notification, letting you update the software at your convenience.

Any word about a 3rd update for the GPS problem reported by some users?

I had the same warning, so went to Settings / Applications and uninstalled Vitamio. It is actually a video plugin, but I have found no video playback degradation without it.
