Title: A few quick questions
Post by: swailem95 on July 21, 2012, 04:45:50 PM
hey, iv been wanting to get a nexus 7 for quite some time now but i had a few questions regarding it..

1-how much space, memory wise, do magazines and books take up?
2- concerning the cloud save option, what are you allowed to save on there and how much space are you given?
3- what do you guys think of the device as a whole?

Thanks!

Books take up very little space. Magazines take up more but still not much.

Books and mags are kept in cloud so you can download at anytime or remove from device to make space.

The device as a whole is everything I've been waiting for. Can't say a bad thing about it.

You will be fine with a 16gb.  As others have said books ad mags don't take up much space its the movies music and games that do.

Although I don't have a concrete answer for you, if you get the 16 GB you'll be ok, unless you download a ton of content.  You'll probably want to download a fair number of apps, and of course they do take up space.
Unfortunately, I read an hour ago that the 16 GB model is now sold out not only at all retail stores but also at Google Play.
