Welcome to the forums Tbear.  The Chrome browser does not support Flash. You can download another browser like Firefox at the play store and follow moderator JayJ tutorial on how to download the Flash apk and install it to your device. If you have a minute a lot of questions can be answered with a quick search. I will look for a link. http://www.Nexus7Forum.com/index.php?topic=458.0

The Dolphin web browser supports flash, available from Google Play. To take advantage of Flash content, Dolphin users have to install the Adobe Flash Player app and enable the feature from the settings menu. Flash Apk Here. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=41057492&postcount=6)

Please post your results.

Note that I have merged the original topic with this one to maintain the topic in the Nexus 7 2013 area.

I'm a little reluctant to use Flash on my new Nexus 7 (2nd gen) after reading the following from a page on the Adobe site (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-apps/flashruntimes/certified-devices.html (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-apps/flashruntimes/certified-devices.html)):
Below is a list of device and OS combinations that are certified for running Adobe Flash Player. Installing Flash Player on an uncertified device may result in unexpected behavior and can potentially destabilize your device.

Please note: Flash Player will not be certified for any device OS beyond Android 4.0.x.

Since the Nexus 7 is running Android 4.3, Adobe seems to be warning that installing Flash may be asking for trouble.  I wish I knew how seriously to take this warning.

Not very seriously...

I've used Adobe Flash on non supported versions of Android, from 4.1 through to 4.3 and not had any issues. I think the warning is a legal thing to cover themselves.
