Sign in to your Google Play Store account with your daughter's mobile device, and she'll have access to download all your apps, including the paid ones.

You can actually enter multiple addresses for Play Store. Set your Play Store account up with a pin code, to prevent children making unwanted purchases and turn off sync for your Google email address in email, calendar, and contacts on other family members devices. You can then install and update your purchased apps without any problems and they will not see your emails, events, and contacts.
