Title: Nexus 7 (2013) sound jitter, Google play.

Hey Guys,

When using Google play all access to stream music, if my screen rotates the sound will cut out until the rotation has finished.
This does NOT happen on my Galaxy S2.

The Nexus is running 4.3.

Is this a HW issue or SW bug?
