Title: Can't root Jelly 4.3

I read somewhere that Nexus TAB with Android 4.3 (upgraded) cant be rooted ....
is this true?

Yes, the Nexus 7 2012 and the 2013, can be rooted with the WugFresh or Mark Skippen's Root Toolkit. I have hopped to create a rooting guide, but with 4.3, I have found rooting to require, more user interaction in the process, so we are yet to see a one click root process.

Perfect timing, my 2013 Nexus 7 is coming from Google tomorrow, and I wanted to get it rooted ASAP.
