Got my new Nexus7 today.First needed to access my Tends wireless router, my other Nexus 7 uses. But I have lost my password.
How can I get out over this problem.
Can anyone help

Did you change the default? Try 12345678 Or 01234567.
There may be a reset on the tenda? Should also be a wps pin underneath.

We could go through the process of accessing your router and retrieving your WiFi security key, which is what I am assuming that you want, but since you have a working Android device attached to your WiFi router, why not download this app from Google Play to you older Nexus and it will give you your WiFi key. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ryanamaral.wifi.passwords&hl=en
Also, you can try looking on the bottom of your wifi router for a sticker that shows a wifi security key, as some have it printed on the bottom.

The bottom of my Tenda w368r has a wps pin and a Mac no. There is a wps/reset button on the back.

Thanks for the info, problem now sorted.most of the problem
was confusion about the password which is called the pass phrase and I did not recognise this as a password.

Glad you sorted it out, but it is notable, that in our forum, if you ask a question, you will get responses, rather than getting ignored. :-)
