Title: What is the best "Back to my Mac" app?

I just purchased the 2013 Nexus 7 so am relatively new to Android.  At home I use a Mac desktop and a Mac laptop.  With my iPad I have an app that I can use to access my Mac on the go.  I'm able to view the desktop and actually use the desktop, transfer files, etc.  What type of app is available for Android that would do the same thing?  Thanks in advance for your help.

I use Airdroid but I have a PC.

I use Pocket Cloud ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wyse.pocketcloudfull) for for my Windows  computers, but the description, states that it works with Mac
