Found a Nexus 7 tablet used and want to know how to tell the difference between 2012 and 2013 models. Thanks.

Probably the biggest and most notable difference would be a rear facing camera. Both have the front facing for Video calling but only the 2013 Nexus 7 has a rear facing camera.
