Title: Import Address Book from Outlook

Please please can someone tell me how to import my Outlook Express Address Book from my PC to my Nexus 7 2013.  I have looked in the Guidebook and I can find nothing about email.  I have worked out from reading previous Forum answers how to add contacts from received emails, but I want to import my complete address book.  Please make it simple!!

You can export the address book within outlook as .CSV comma separated values. Accessing web gmail from your computer, import the .CSV file.
