Working for me. The dolphin settings are accessed by pressing the dolphin icon lower left. Look for web content, set flash always on.
Set user agent to desktop.

I am having a problem with some videos. I have flash set to always enabled as well.

Going to full screen bounced it back a few times. Pinch to zoom. Did a 1080p utube stream no sweat.

YouTube works fine for me. I was on another video site and I sometimes get."error loading video no playable sources found. "

With es file explorer I get the option sometimes in the chooser to download a video, mp4,mpg. Flash may only work with flv.
