Android 4.4.1 OTA for the 2013 Nexus 7 LTE is starting to roll out to devices starting today.  This is only for LTE 2013 Nexus 7s.  Wi-Fi models to follow soon.  Still waiting for the changelog to see what it brings to the Nexus 7.
