Android 4.4.1 OTA for the 2013 Nexus 7 Wi-Fi model is now available and going out via an OTA update.  You should be seeing it on your devices within the next 72 hours if you haven't received it already.

I haven't seen any reports of the 4.4.1 OTA for the Nexus 7 2012 actually hitting any devices and I have not seen it available for sideload either. BabyfaceMegee, our forum administrator, is very good at giving us a heads up when OTA's start dropping.

Any idea what 4.4.1 fixes or adds to N7 w/wifi ?

Some bug fixes for exchange and the camera. Future mirroring to chromecast possibly. They're still deciphering the changelog.
