Title: Reinstalling Chrome

I inherited my nexus 7 from someone else.  They said they did not like Chrome so they uninstalled the whole program.  Could it still be hidden deep inside or do I need to download Chrome again?

First step would be to go to Settings (swipe down top right of screen and Tap settings, then tap apps, scroll down to Chrome and and tap disabled, if shown. Report results.
